Children above 7 years can enter Mecca and Medina Harems ; New regulations in Saudi Arabia.

Riyadh :  Children above the age of 7 are now granted permission to enter Mecca and Medina Harems with their relatives. Only those people who have "Immune" status in the Tawakkalna application can enter the mentioned areas. Earlier, only people above 15 years of age was permitted inside, due to Covid 19 restrictions. Government of Saudi Arabia introduced the new instructions on Friday. At the same time, Saudi Passport Directorate informed that the Final Exit, given to expatriate workers by their employers , during probationary period cannot be cancelled. No fees is to be given to have the final exit visa issued during the probation period.
